Rackley hails from a beautiful beach town in New Zealand and currently lives in Singapore when he's not on adventures with his wife (our CEO, Melissa). He holds a Master's degree in Science and has been involved in Surf Lifesaving NZ leadership for over 15 years.

Rackley is passionate about technology and science, and his dedication to making a difference in people's lives led him to co-found Bravely with Melissa. He is committed to the mission of the company, which is to improve mental health care globally and help as many people as possible. He has a wealth of experience in operations, leadership, and building, which he leverages to make an impact in the world of mental health. His favourite part of his work day is undoubtedly building a collaborative, empathetic and fun work culture at Bravely.

When he's not hard at working making Bravely better everyday, he will almost certainly be found cycling, skating, snowboarding, diving, hiking or training for his most recent hobby — running marathons. He has had many exciting adventures, including working as a dog-sled handler in the Arctic Circle, which has given him a unique perspective on life and a drive to make a positive impact in the world. Rackley's vinyl collection is a little out of control, and he has no plans to change that!
