This update brings some great changes to how emails are sent: more client reminders, an internal booking notification, reply-to addresses and a cancellation policy field.
New emails set up
You can now enable up to three reminder emails to go out before appointments at custom intervals, check Appointments Setup > Configure to set yours.
For clinics, any bookings made on behalf of a therapist will send an email update to that therapist to inform them of the booking
Cancellation policy
You can save enter a clinic wide cancellation policy to be included on any outgoing new appointment, and upcoming appointments notification emails. This field can be found in Appointments Setup > Configure.
Clinic notification email address
Adjustable under Settings > Preferences, this is the beginning of a main clinic notification email. For now, this will be used as the reply-to address in some emails and any Bravely Specific notifications. Currently used in the emails for new appointments and the reminders.
More small screen responsiveness updates
Further responsiveness improvements for smaller screens, numerous stability improvements for rescheduling appointments.
