This update makes managing appointment emails easier than ever — with multi-reminder scheduling, clearer clinic notifications, a cancellation policy field, and improved email reply handling.
New Release: Smarter Email Tools for Your Practice
We’ve enhanced how Bravely’s EHR and practice management platform handles appointment emails, giving you more control, better visibility, and smoother communication between clinics, practitioners, and clients.
New Features and Improvements
Custom Appointment Reminders
You can now keep clients more informed and reduce no-shows by:
Sending up to 3 reminder emails before each appointment
Setting custom intervals to choose when each reminder is sent
To configure your reminders, go to Appointments Setup > Configure
Therapist Booking Notifications
Keep your team in sync with practitioner email notifications. When an admin books a session on behalf of a therapist, that therapist now automatically receives a confirmation email.
Clinic-Wide Cancellation Policy
To communicate your cancellation policy more clearly, you can now add a clinic-wide cancellation policy to appear in new and upcoming appointment emails.
To configure your cancellation policy, go to Appointments Setup > Configure
Clinic Notification Email Address
To ensure replies reach the right place, you can now set your “reply-to” email address for system-generated emails. When clients respond to Bravely notifications, their replies will go to your clinic’s inbox.
This is enabled for all new appointment and reminder email notifications.
To set your "reply to" email address, go to Settings > Preferences
Enhancements and Fixes
Improved responsiveness on smaller screens
Increased stability and reliability when rescheduling appointments
We’re always improving Bravely to make practice management simpler and help you focus on care for every client and patron of your clinic.
