This month, we continued building on our scheduling and workflow improvements with more advanced calendar behaviour, a fuller rollout of booking limits, and a more capable notes experience. These updates help clinics manage availability with greater precision while making everyday workflows smoother for practitioners and admins.

Advance Booking Limits Expanded

A wider rollout of client booking advance limits gives clinics more control over how far ahead appointments can be scheduled, supporting better lead-time management, capacity planning, and schedule flexibility.

5-Day Calendar View

A new five-day calendar experience, with refinements for solo practitioners, offers a more useful planning view while keeping schedules easy to scan.

Smarter Calendar Display Controls

Refined working-hours and grid views handle appointments outside standard hours more clearly, keeping calendars practical without hiding important information.

General Stability Improvements

• Tweaks to the client payment experience for a smoother checkout

• Improvements to how timeline and multi-day views display on the Appointments page

• More reliable notes entry, so documentation feels smoother and more dependable
