Updates from Q1, 2025

We released many updates through the past 3 months, below is a summary of the main points. Amongst the updates, but not mentioned, are improvements to speed, device support and other improvements - many small things we get excited about.

Client Management

  • Improved Client Search: Filter and search by DOB, email, or phone number in the main 'Clients’ view.

  • Overdue Invoice Warning: A warning appears when booking appointments for clients with 2+ overdue invoices: “[Client name] has [number] overdue invoices”

  • Therapy Goals: Practitioners can now edit client therapy goals from the client profile page in the “Presenting issues, diagnosis & notes” tab.

Appointments

  • Location Changes: Edit appointment locations (switch between in-person and online) with automatic email notifications to clients.

  • Notifications: All clients can now receive appointment notifications in advance of booking, accessible from Appointments > Setup > Configure.

  • Calendar Improvements: Added full calendar view option showing no-shows/cancellations with toggles for ‘hide inactive’ & ‘only show work hours’ to optimise the view, and options are saved to retain the best view for you.

  • Booking Window: Improved to display both client and staff names when making a booking.

Forms, Measures & Internal Notes

  • Auto-Allocation of Forms: Set intake forms to be automatically allocated to new clients and mark them as compulsory. When both options are enabled, intake forms will be assigned to all new clients upon creation and load automatically when they open Bravely Home.

  • Outcome Measures: Specific answers to questions in outcome measures are now viewable.

  • Internal Notes: Internal notes for each session and client payment notes are displayed on the uninvoiced appointment list.

Invoicing & Payments

  • Invoice Editing: Description, amount, and date of visit can be edited from the sidebar at creation or after opening.

  • Bulk Overdue Invoice Sender: Accessible this from the menu (3 dots) on the right side of the invoice list, you can now send reminders in bulk to all clients with an overdue invoice.

  • Invoice Display: Clearer separation between client and invoice information in the invoice list.

  • Links to Invoices: Can now be copied or opened in a new tab.

  • Client Receipt Access: Clients can download all past receipts from the ‘Payments’ page on Bravely Home.

Other Improvements

  • Location Filters: Improved filtering by location in ‘All Clients’ view.

  • Speed and performance tweaks, too many to mention, but each one making for a better experience.
